I am an out-of-network provider. You may check with your insurance company to see if you have out-of-network benefits. If so, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement from your insurance company for your session costs. I can provide you with documentation for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

Contact your insurance provider to check if you have out-of-network benefits. Be sure to confirm:

-your out-of-network deductible amount

-your out-of-network copay and/or coinsurance cost

-the maximum amount of approved for codes 90791 and 90834

-the number of sessions allowed per year (if applicable)

-any pre-approval requirements for your reimbursement

I have a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy for all therapy sessions. Less than 24 hours notice of cancelling or rescheduling will result in paying the full session fee.

Some clients come for short term therapy for a specific concern or event, and others come for a long time to address multiple concerns. We will work together to determine the length of therapy based on your individual needs and therapeutic goals.
